And there is teamwork required in World of Warcraft: These are in the form of Instanced Dungeons, because if you tried to solo those, it'd either take awhile (Unless you're way over the level) or you'd repeatedly die and not be able to get anything done.
Also keep in mind the big difference between FPS's and RPGs.
