It's really funny. I never played the Pokémon card game for the longest time. (One of the reasons being that I never knew how to play.) My little sister was really into the cards. She spent a lot of money on them. But she never played the game, she just collected them. So when her birthday came around, we bought her the Pokémon Trading Card Game for Game Boy Color. She didn't really like it, and let me play it. It taught me how to play the game, and I thought it was fun! (Not as fun as Pokémon Battling on the Nintendo Games, but it was different.) After a couple of years, my sister gave me her cards, and I used them to play the game. I only really battle with one other friend. And she is a member here too. (Arcanine) My sister will play with me rarely if she is bored. (She uses my extra cards for a deck.) My sister doesn't really like to battle with the Nintendo Pokémon games either. (She doesn't really like Pokémon Stadium 1 or 2, but I love them.)
I haven't collected the cards in a long time. Sometimes I get a pack on my birthday or other Holidays, but I don't go out and buy them. Besides, I'm running out of money! I need to have enough money to buy Star Fox Dinosaur Planet this Fall! |
