After I just finished my 7th season in franchise mode, I went into the off-season mode. Within the schedule stuff, all the options were grayed out with only the last one, "Start New Season" available. After checking out other sections (to see if maybe I accidentally toggled something off) I went ahead and started the new season. It brought me back to the end of the season I had just finished and when I (again) went into off-season mode, all the options in the schedule were available, HOWEVER, there were no rookies to scout and when I went to resign players, it seemed that it had reverted to the beginning of the season (there were a couple of holdouts but nobody's contract needed resigning - which I know I did have some that were going to expire).
According to the manual, I should be able to play up to 30 seasons. Also, there shouldn't be a problem with memory because there's plenty of space on the card.
Anybody else encounter this problem?
