I just did something new for this mission. I got my Stinger stashed in the grass right next to the gate house and it was still there. All I had was the gun I got from the Cartel guy I killed. Anyway I used my Stinger and instead of going to the dam via the main entrance I opted for another way. I drove to the base of the Dam and then drove up the dam. I landed the car on the building and proceded to kill the 2 guards and run over to the rocket launcher. Killed Catalina and finish the game. It was cool |
