Yes, I've found that it's possible to get his pic and then shoot at him, but it's extremely difficult. Here's my story: I found his cloud by Northern Triangle Island, got the pic, and beat him. I took the pic to Carlov by warping, but he didn't accept it. Thank God I didn't save. So I reset and tried it again. This time, I got a close-up pic, but I got teleported. The Lord must have found my favor, because I was landed on Dragon Roost Island, and not somewhere way out there like Gyorg City Angular Isles. So I went down to Forest Haven, showed Carlov the pic, and he accepted it. The cloud in the pic had a little bit of Cyclos' head hanging over it, and it was a close-up shot. Then I went back to Cyclos and beat him for my second time.

Oh, my gosh! The Ballad of Gales is a relief!

Now I just have to finish up the Tower of God.
