| There probably is an unrated DVD version coming, they definitely worked around things for the PG-13 rating, and I agree that it was probably a mistake. Hopefully that DVD is an improvement. I've seen movies (Boondock Saints comes to mind) where the unrated version is completely gratuitous and not better at all,like it's just for the sake of having more blood. I never really minded the over-the-top action: that's what I came for. When I walk into a movie called Die Hard, I'm prepared to turn off a certain amount of my brain and watch some outrageous explosions and fight scenes for a couple hours. I feel like I got my money's worth in that regard. |
