Leave it to VA to mess up a basic first amendment thing. Young children don't have the same rights as teenagers or even adults, and the better policy is to pretty much not allow anything like this regardless of faith. Interesting they sue to force their fliers home with the kiddies, but get very very pissed when groups they don't like use the loophole they created. |
