Yeah, but this guy looked like he got slashed by a bear or Freddy Krueger.
I forgot to mention the fangs. It's like whenever this guy pulls his hair back to reveal the scar, he turns into a freaking vampire. The final hunk of cheese is even in the courtroom he's taunted Phoenix about how he's going to get of free and there's nothing Phoenix can do about it, but nobody but Phoenix seems to notice him.

Okay, my wording was awkward, but what I meant was it was being used to pointlessly fluff out the game. The worst of it is it opened up a bunch of plot holes, and then the answer to that is the good ol' "If a character acknowledges something is wrong, that fixes everything" excuse.
Another thing that bothered me about Max Galactica is he seems to be one of those "If you want your character to be popular, make him look like Sephiroth" types.
And for the record, "Inpax" sounds like a tampon brand.
