I need help looking for music.

This will probably be an impossible request to fulfil, but whatever, I'll try the fine minds of VGF to assist my search. I am looking for a band or CD in the style of Symphonic Metal, but not in the typical Symphonic Metal standards. I want to know if there's a kind of music that's just like "Oculus ex Inferni" by Symphony X or the intro to "Solvet Saeclum in fadilla" by Adagio. Just the band and a full orchestra, not some high-pitched wailing singer, or some bellowing incohersable noise that some people actually call singing. Just some nice, instrumental music with the combination of an electric guitar, drums, and an orchestra (a choir would be OK, too). I have long since tried to find a band like that and have yet to do so, so I am asking you guys if you know of a band like that.

EDIT: By the way, do not suggest Therion. I tried them already. They fail.
