I haven't seen any of the films, but if I do see one it would be the first one.

I believe that one introduced something new, however I believe the concern of all the sequels (and other "torture porn" films) is find bigger and gorier ways to kill people.

This Halloween, I will instead be seeing two films: Trick 'r Treat (opening October 5) and 30 Days of Night (Opening October 19). You can see trailers for both on YouTube.
