| When I say balanced, I mean that other characters can compete on a basically even level with them. For instance, I saw a series of Mugen videos on YouTube in which Scorpion from MK was able to take on three Naruto characters in about five hits each. That's not balanced. Scorpion's power level was well above... well you get the picture. |
