I don't think all of the characters are PLAYABLE, but some you can see.

I think the only character you don't see is Kratos Spoiler Below

since he's in Derris-Kharlan and all

, but I may be wrong.

But yeah, Lloyd is kind of portrayed as an antagonist, but according to Wiki-this may be false-Colette is playable.

Dunno about the others; I think they're in it, but I don't THINK they're playable. But I wouldn't know.
