Also, while I do see the need to prevent athletes from just transfering on a whim, they should be allowed a free transfer without the year-off penalty with coaching changes. Kids recruited by Lloyd Carr (especially offensive) certainly aren't going to fit into Rodriguez's scheme and shouldn't be penalized because a coach suddenly "retired." |
