| Yeah, but the Metroids being created by the Chozo is something they added in afterwards, as a kind of unnecessary linkup between concepts. Nintendo has a way of doing that, and it annoys me immensely. They did the same thing with the Wrecked Ship, which was supposed to be the ruins of an ancient ship - not the Space Pirate's mother ship (which looked only vaguely similar to the wrecked ship).
I don't know what they'll do with the X parasite, honestly. The reason why the Metroids needed to be eradicated from SR-388 was because they were going through their stages of maturation, and it was thought that they would become space-faring if left alone. |
