| That's what I love about it too, AI. It's like people in the 1800's learned how to rocket-propel a city into the air. The gears, the steam engines, everything in that level was just brilliant and almost mind-boggling. I'm a huge fan of floating levels, though. TP's city in the Sky is my favorite level in that game, and Exire was a really cool city in ToS. And concerning Fusion, Adam is the reason that I didn't like the game. I didn't like being told what to do in a Metroid game. It was the complete opposite of Super Metroid, which was basically "Here, this is the world. Have fun with it." Fusion was all "YOU GO HERE NOW. IN SOVIET RUSSIA, GAME PLAYS YOU." So yeah. If they do sequel Fusion, they better go back to a more classic Metroid approach. |
