There are Nidorans in Pearl... Route 201... they're rare but I will catch one for you, TG!!!
If you wish the evolution to stop at a certain place, PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!! It'll mean I either need to catch two and evolve them separately or do some fancy trading to get final evolutions to complete my Dex, if this is the case. See my list below!!!
