So, my Windows Media Player is inexplicably without the ability to rip to MP3 format. To resolve this issue, I want to download the update to media player 10. I load up IE7 and go to Microsoft.com. Explorer freezes up. I am forced to use Firefox, which is my backup browser, to visit Microsoft's own website.
