| What is your opinion? Hi friends, I am 21 years old, 5’6” tall and130 pounds in weight. I really don't want to gain weight but definitely need to stop eating so much sugar and bread all the time. I am not a huge meat eater, but definitely not a vegetarian either. Any suggestions, that if I chose to go on this kind of diet, then how can I avoid gaining weight as I obviously won't be getting my normal calorie intake and I will end up gaining weight. Every time I try to watch what I eat. If I go on a diet, I'll be fat? What is your opinion? |
