| Argh. That's like the ATT people here. When they make a mistake, they claim it's your fault. Then when you explain you're not an idiot, they freak out and try to charge you for a tech to come out and discover exactly how wrong they are. The worst part? There's no way to get them to check just their signal being sent to you (which is the part that usually mucks up), which means there's no direct way to fix it when the phone starts dying at random... ...Except to spend an entire day arguing with reps across the world. |
