| The Super Metroid death animation is pretty memorable. When you die in the Prime games, you really feel it, though. Metroid is serious business.
That being said, I never died in Prime 3. I'll have to see what happens, sometime.
I can't really think of too many games where the death animation is so interesting. Most memorable deaths in other games for me:
Super Mario Bros, Mega Man (the way he kind of bursts into particles is sweet), and Doom. Also, Jetpack Christmas Edition. I always found it hilarious the way santa kind of burst into a pile of red goo, with a horrible scream. |
