Seriously, stop posting comics from 3 years ago. Because you sucked then. Prove to us that you don't suck now, or we'll sustain that opinion.

NEVER use stick figures if you lack sprites. Either make your own or forget it.

And NEVER use hand-drawn backgrounds unless you're going for minimalism (ala NC, but even Jay used backgrounds every once in a while), or if you're good at hand-drawn backgrounds. Hell, I'll even accept them if they were meant to be funny. This one wasn't.

The punchline was alright, and the buildup was alright, but there needs to be more. Honestly, I want to see what you can do now.
