Both were easily manageable mistakes which would take about 5-10 minutes each to correct, but my awful jackass of a boss decided that would take too long and decided to shoot his company in the foot by firing me and probably the other warehouse worker. I'll be first to admit mistakes were made, but they could have easily been resolved and holy sh*t the world wouldn't have ended. The guy is nuckin' futs anyway. A couple weeks ago, he told the warehouse supervisor and I that he had fired one lady after she'd collapsed under the stress of spousal abuse and ran out of the office crying. He said since he couldn't trust her to do her job, she shouldn't deserve to work there. I am totally serious. | Wow. What a jackass. |
