I hope it does badly, if it does good then they might make a Dragonball GT movie, or more DBZ movies. For the sake of your souls don't make a DBGT movie. I would watch it just for the laughs, 25% of the movie would be screaming.

Actually you have that backwards, the whole DBZ movie plan was in the works a while before 4Kids got One Peice.

The biggest problem I can see is a move like this is most likely gonna be made for kids in the whole Pokemon/YGO demographic, the 8-14 year olds, that will probably greatly affect who gets cast and what the plot will be. (I wonder if they'd get the Olsen twins to play 17 and 18?)

Well you were the one who gave me those images in the first place! (I think I need to watch like 20 hours of Witch Hunter Robin and Fooly Cooly to get those mind burning images out of my head)

I don't know why but that sounds oddly on par. Except Spade would need to bulk up to be Krillen.

As long as they dont dye Haley Osments hair black for Gohan. That'd piss me off.

If they cast Danny Devito as Krillin I would watch it faster than you can say 'blowage'. XD

*sighs* I used to love DBZ...and even when I loved it that much, I dreaded the day they'd decide to make a live-action movie out of it. This isn't right. I feel like going and complaining, but that would be weird.

I'll just have to read the manga and ignore the movie.

And never, EVER watch it.

Maybe they will actually use more obscure actors who actually look like the characters, instead of using big named stars and making them look "a litte" like they're character.

^And maybe tommorow I'll be crowned Queen of England.

Nah, it actually could happen, but I doubt it.

^ Well look at Peter Pan, they could have easily hired Haley Osment, or that kid who did the Harry Potter movies to play Peter, but instead they chose some more obscure actor who really did the part justice. Maybe it can happen again?

I don't think ANY actor can save this movie if it's going to be anything at all like the anime.

If they even try to make it accurate to the anime, it will suck. Maybe I'll go see it for laughs...

^Exactly. There's no real reason to see it otherwise. Even the most obsessed DBZ fans will think it will be good, minus the ones that are too young to know better.

Bad thought, what if the DBZ movie actually does well enough and Fox makes a new cartoon based on DBZ? Kinda like what happened to the X-Men or TMNT?
