Raven's powers are almost a match for the power to control reality. Raven would own that fight.

Both are heroes. However one holds back while the other won't. Raven would try to restrain Robin. But if it came down to it Robin would probably ignite Raven.

Robin. She can burn everything in her path. Especially witches. (Or Witches with the "W" changed to a "B". [/BAD JOKE]) But on the other hand, Raven isn't one to be messed with, because she can use the environment as a weapon. (And she's here to show us that not all Goths are bad.)
