I give this to Wolverine. His regeneration is just insane. I've seen him recover from magazins of bullets unloaded into his brain, and his healing factor once brought him back from the dead.

Was alexander the paladin guy from hellsing? If so, i'd probably give it to wolverine. If you had said Alucard, he'd take it no contest.

Wolverie has had his limbs burned to the adamantium bone adthe flesh grows backin less ten an hour.

Anderson has survivd a bullet o two in the head.

Wolverine's entire skeletal structer is covered in an unbreakable metal, more then once normal swords were broken in two trying to cut him.

Anderson uss blessed swords. Normal knives to non demons

Thosefacts alone say a Wolverine victory, not taking into acount a century of fight experince, training in numerous martial arts, experience in the use of most of the hand weapons and firearms known, and the claws that could tear people appart like they were paper even withut the adamantium coating. He is completely out of Anderson's teritory, unless this was the "Lord of Vampires" Wolverine, but then he'd be even more powerful.
