My favourite Anime theme song has to be one of Vegeta's from DBZ
When he was doing a Final Flash against Peferct Cell.

The Chobits theme is damn catchy. It's like they distilled everything required for catchiness and put it into a minute and a half.

I also like the Rozen Maiden theme. I suppose it's that ol' fashioned gothic music mixed with modern phat beats.

My favourite anime theme song is probably "Tank!", from 'Cowboy Bebop'. It's the exact opposite of something you'd expect to hear in a sci-fi or anime, and it rocks my skull.

Spike Spiegel could kick the ass of Wing Gundam Zero.

Which isn't saying much, I guess, since Spike could kick the ass of anyone short of Conan of Cimmeria.

But yeah, my vote will also go to "Tank".

Unless you count the closing theme from FLCL. Righteousness.

Serial Experments: lain and Texhnolyze both have some great music. Texhnolyze's opening theme is a remix of "Guardian Angel" by Juno Reactor - pretty badassed.

Oh, can't forget the theme from Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex.

Sorry guys but I haven't heard good anime music in a looong time since Cartoon Network cancelled Outlaw Star, now that show had good beginning & end credit music!

Eh.... I never really liked American openings.

Actually, that's a lie. I like the openings that I watched first; either the Japanese or the American. When I see the American dub or the original Japanese (depending on which I saw first), it sounds weird and ill-fitting.

I would have to say "the winner" from Mobile Suit Gundam 0083, that's a good opening theme right there! either that or Through the night for Outlaw Star, another great opening theme.

I like all anime music really whether it be Japanese or American. My favourite Japanese intro has to be Dan Dan Korokro Hikarate from the Dragonball GT
opening.

Many of the American Pokémon theme songs were pretty decent. Pokémon Advanced Challenge's theme song was very well done. I also would go with the classic DBZ opening theme, "Rock The Dragon". But that's just me. GT's was okay...but nothing special.
