I find that dubs only suck if you've watched and heard the original Japanese first.

I find that dubs only suck if the dubbers attempt to change the target audience, for example, One Piece was originally intended for a teenage audience, or somewhere around that, however 4Kids attempted to change it to fit a much younger audience, deleting story-arcs and messing up several parts of the episodes to do so.

Still without fail, fansubs are better and fantranslated mangas are superior to those.

^frankly I'd rather watch a good dub than have to read all the tiny yellow or white text that you get in most fansubs.
