The predict possible edits that 4Kids would make thread.

If 4Kids were to dub FMA, they'd cut out most of the most important parts, make it look like Ed's auto-mail was actually a sleeve of sorts and remove all the episodes which mainly involve auto-mail and also remove all references to auto-mail.

Edits to FMA, huh? They would make gluttony thin and probably remove him all together, replacing him with some poorly drawn, out of place guy. They would remove scar and make a man with "I need a hug" issues, and replace Alphonse with a large, purple dinosaur who gives the hugs out. They would get rid of Envy, just to make sure no-one shape-shifts because kids have impressionable minds and might just try to turn into a woman. They would remove Winry because they think she's "jus 2 hawt". They would get rid of all of the state alchemists and some of the seven sins, replacing them with Rugrats. Then they would remove Hawkeye and replace her with a non-gun-toting, Princess Peach sorta thing. Ed would remain, but with his automail treated as Masahiro suggested, and also his ponytail gone because 4kids thinks he's a cross-dresser. They would remove the blood, and replace it with water, making everyone who had a gun hold a bottle of water for consistency.

Oh, and the transmutation circles would be removed as not to have any sort of demonic suggestive themes in it, so they would replace those with pictures of Bob Barker. They would remove several good plot arcs and make sure all of the crimson stones, elixers, and The Crimson Alchemist, were dubbed out.

Oh yeah, and about the clapping to transmute: They would make Ed a dreamer who wants to become a pop singer instead of an alchemist, thus forcibly making the show into a... MUSICAL.

Did I miss anything, or need I continue?

you know, I don't think 4krap is being allowed near anime anymore. I mean even the battle frontier season of Pokemon is being dubbed by someone else because most, if not all of the voice actors changed and the 4kids logo is nowhere in the end credits. does anyone else know anymore about this?

anyway, if 4kids got their evil hands on Trinity Blood

any refference to vampires would be removed.
Catholic refferences would be taken out.
guns would be replaced with walkie talkies.
all swearing would be taken out.
random street slang would be added.
domb jokes would be added.
any blood or violence would be edited.
you get the idea...

Spike's criminal past would be removed,
Spike would constantly have a lollipop in his mouth,
The guns would be replaced with water pistols,
Bountys wouldn't die, they'd just escape or end up in the hospital,
Faye would be wearing thick winter clothes, topped with a scarf,
Jet's metal chunks would be erased and
Jet's beard would be erased as it makes him look like a typical evil guy.
Ed wouldn't be a hacker, she'd just be a computer nerd.
