| Song 2 : Whoo Hoo | Everyone seems to love Beavis & Butthead, but what about Daria? I have a confession to make: I am a huge fan of Daria, the best thing that MTV ever aired and ever will air. Perhaps it's the way I'm able to relate to Daria - how she has to deal with being surrounded by idiots, her relative indifference to Volleyball during the show's theme song, or just simply the fact that she's about as cynical as cynical gets. But one thing is for sure: every episode of this show has some of the most memorable bon-mots in the history of television. I get the impression that this show is more geared toward a female audience, but I don't care. Personally, I don't see how anyone with half a brain could not enjoy the humor in this show, which is clever enough to appeal to the intelligent yet obvious enough for the average joe to recognize. If you've never seen Daria, just search for it on YouTube, it'll be easy enough to find. (Note: for those of you who don't understand the title of this topic, Daria was originally a recurring character on Beavis & Butthead.) |

I remember seeing her in epsiodes of Beavis and Butthead, as well. She says things like "Get out of here, Beavis." Her show... was pretty good as far as spin-offs go. One of the better ones. |

| Song 2 : Whoo Hoo | Daria's sister Quin sees her about to take a bite out of a hamburger "EEEEWWW, Are you really gonna eat all that fat?" [deadpan]"No, I'm gonna stick it in my boots, because I love the squishy feeling between my toes."[/deadpan] |

I don't much remember the spin-off. All I remember is she wore geeky glasses, and that made her hotter than hell to me. |

Anyways, I'm sad today because they pulled all the episodes off of YouTube. Thank god for BitCome... um... VHS tapes of the series... *insert the dog with the shifty eyes* | |
