Here's mine:

Final Fantasy VI. Just imagine Kefka fully animated with a proper voice to spew all those One-liners. Just thinking about it makes me wanna geek out. Also, all the sadder scenes Spoiler Below

Like the part where Cyan's family is taken away on the phantom train

would feel even sadder, and and and and oh good lord I can't hardly type.

WTF? Everyone knows Tetris is a story-driven game. It's the story of an architect in Russia during Stalin's five year plans who is given far too many tetromino-shaped bricks than are needed to complete construction. The only way the architect can use them all is to build them in such a way that they oblitherate each other. But at some point, the architect has to overstack, and construction will fail.

Tetris is really a metaphorical tale about the flaws of communism. The U.S.S.R. became corrupt and warred against the United States, which is represented by the falling blocks that dually represent the nonexistent missles that both countries pretended to have in the arms race that was the Cold War. The space shuttle you see represents the U.S.S.R.'s initial success in the space race. The U.S.S.R. became increasingly unstable over time, alluded to by the blocks stacking up in the playfield, and as the player tops out and the game finally ends, the Soviet Union collapses. It's really a story about the touching struggle of the Soviet Union to stay alive.

It would work better as an OVA, though.

An Anime that:

-Does NOT Feature crossdressing, sex-changes, or scenes filled with Innuendo.
-Does NOT drag the story on with flashbacks, fighters explaining what their attacks do and why they fight, or screaming.
-Uses male voice actors that do not sound like a text-to-speech program.
-Does not give helium to their female voice actresses to make them sound even more annoying.
-Does not add filler-characters who, during action sequences, just stand back and comment, or give that role to main characters. (You know who I'm talking about...Kagome, Ash's three-or-so followers, more than 50% of the cast of Advent Children)
-Ends before it can become a Novelty anime like Naruto
-Optional: If a spinoff movie is created, the movie is actually important to the storyline. (See: Conquerer of Shamballa, the 2nd Inuyasha movie to some extent)

STFU, VGA. Final Fantasy is not overrrated trash. Especialy the distinctly underrated Final Fantasy IX, which also would be a kewl anime. And there already has been some Final Fantasy anime, including FF: Unlimited, one based on FFVII (ugh), and one based on FFV or IV, one or the other.

Anyway, I'd like to see a Dark Cloud anime. And also, there does need to be a PW anime. There is a manga, so it is a distinct possibility that there will be an Anime in the future. Keep thine fingers crossed.
