| Senior Member | Anime on Sci Fi Channel. The Sci Fi Channel showed anime in 2000, usually movies like Iria: Zeiram the Animation, Record of Lodoss War ( yawn ), and Urusei Yatsura ( okay, only one of the movies. I think it was Beautiful Dreamer ). They showed other stuff too, but that was all I managed to see. Around the time they cut Mystery Science Theater 3000 ( which is a crime against nature and Baby Jesus ), they stopped showing anime! Naturally this pissed me off and I stopped watching the channel. Then one day in 2005 I got bored and saw uh...Lexa Doig, I think. Whatever the case boobies got me to watch the channel again. Today, while watching SG-1, I find out Sci Fi is once again showing anime on Mondays ( Ani-Mondays; used to be Saturday ) at 11 PM Eastern Standard Time! I go to the website and check the schedulebot for the next two months: here's what to expect. June 11 - Ghost in the Shell: Solid State Society June 18, 25, July 2, 9, 16, 23 - Noein, Tokko, Macross Plus; changes to Noein, Tokko, Street Fighter II V July 16 July 30 - Highlander Anime: Search for Vengeance |

Ergo Proxy in English, glee. Of course I watched the whole thing as it soon as it was subbed in Japan, but now I can own it in English without breaking any (admittedly laughable) copyright laws! Oh, and something about Tenjo Tenge, but I really do not care about that as much. |
