At least I'm not the only one who thinks GW is crap.

Not at all, although at the time I was pretty limited as to what I could watch anime-wise... And then I found fansubs.

Let's try posting reasons now, people [img]tongue.gif[/img]

You want reasons?

- The character designs are incredibly weak. They're a bunch of whiny, moron teenagers, for godssake. Heero is the worst, he shows even less emotional than Ryu from Street Fighter. Duo was the only character I felt had a personality.

- It's monotonous. Most every episode I've seen has had like 50% of boring, pointless peace talks, and the other 50% uninspired "GIANT RORBOT BATTEL(IN SPAEC)." And it would constantly switch between the two. And the fights were just stupid. It'd be like one robot against 500 and the first one would just charge up his gun and then fire a OMGWTF HUGE beam that would destroy the latter 500.

The whole thing is general is just dull and annoying. And it's also annoying how everyone hails this as the best Gundam series.

But that's this man's opinion.

You see the thing about Gundams is there massive power and how undeniabe durability, which adds more to the fact that these teenagers were the ones who could pilot them.

Not only that, when 2 or more Gundams ended up getting pitted against each other the battles were highly interesting and led to even deeper plotlines and story.

The whole thing is general is just dull and annoying. And it's also annoying how everyone hails this as the best Gundam series.

Not saying this GW the best Gundam series, just merely stating that that it was a good if not great series and shouldn't be dissed henceforth. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

2. NGE isn't an acronym. It's just an abbreviation.

Umm...that gun's power was offset by the fact that it could only be fired three times before needing a recharge.

And, quite honestly, peace talks and insanely powerful Gundams honestly interest me more than G Gundam's Power-Rangers-meet-DBZ style [img]tongue.gif[/img]

^^What do you mean Power Rangers? i can understand the DBZ with the golden "Supermode" and The Shing/Erupting Burning Fingers and the Saytie Hayten Yoken or Whatever The **** Master's secret move was.

BTW Carter, The only character I liked on GW is Duo. ^_^;;;

EDIT: Thought of something.

The Reason a single Gundam could defeat so many enimies was That most of the time there was like 500 of them, they were moblie suits/mobile armours. Gundams were more efficent, stronger, and ment to last MUCH longer than Mobile suits were. Thus the reason so many were defeated by one or two gundams. Ok, I have made my point.

Like I said, I guess you have to be a big martial artist fan like myself to love G Gundam. I honestly couldn't stand GW when I watched it, nor could I see what made everyone love it.

I've only seen one episode of Gundam wing.

I saw more episodes of G Gundam though.

SD Gundam is stupid-Sure, some parts were funny (Such as Zero's eggbeater of Justice, ZakoZako Hour, and what those kids did with the fake spirit egg).

SD Gundam is pretty stupid. I agree though, the Zako's make the show...zako. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

G Gundam was the best IMO. Theme is cool as well. "FRYING IN THE SKY!"

Atleast it should. But the other day I saw a SD Gundam toy in the store, and it said "Superior Defenders" and I was like what the hell? It obviously means Super Deformed cuz the damn thing's bodies are as big as their heads!

BTW, Gundam Wing ownz all other series. I need to build myself a Heavyarms Custom one of these days...
