| Guest | SilverWind: In FLCL, giant robots and other stuff comes out of the main character's head when he gets emotional or excited or other stuff, and they wreak havoc and stuff. L64: WRONG! Giant robots from Maniacal Mechanical are sent through an inter-dimensional gateway that appears when the right and left hemispheres of the brain are put into a state that only Haru's guitar can deliver. These robots do not want to wreak havoc and stuff, they want to make it to the plant so that they can activate it and smooth out the wrinkles in everyone's brains! Duh! You didn't even know that? DUH! SilverWind: Okay, he can't really CHOOSE what comes out, but the directer chose the robots. Anyways, for the sake of this game, pretend you can! L64: You can't just use anyone's head! What the heck is wrong with you? People who don't think that they would be able to pull an intergalactic robot through their mind portals shouldn't even reply! To do so might cause temporary death! Anyway, not only would my head produce the largest, greatest yet baddest bass in the universe, but I'm sure it would also be strong enough to pull a freakin' transformer through. My robot would probably look like a Floormaster from Zelda, and would have an eye in the middle with fangs. It would have big claws and **** too. It would most likely bash the **** out of Hidico with that freakin' iron too. I know my hand robot would kick your hand robot's ass though. L is real |

| Guest | It was to represent the oppressive government that forces everyone to not think, to conform, and to submit. Haru Hara was always like "**** that" and she stood against all that. Nota didn't stand for anything really. He just wanted something interesting to happen around his neighborhood for a change. | Guest | :/ They come through the portall, true, but where is the portal? THROUGH PEOPLE'S HEADS. So I'm still right, only I put it in the least amount of detail so that it wouldn't spoil anyone. There are others who haven't seen it before, you know! Part of the whole fun is trying to draw the conclusions by yourself. As for your second comment, that was for people like you who, if I said "choose something to come out of your head" would say "but in FLCL, they can't choose!" ... Of course, now I suppose I have to specify that of course, you can't choose in real life to have a robot come out of your head, and that I never assumed that. Gorsh jikens. Don't try to do that again - and don't try to explain the process in technical terms, it's very simple as a cocnept and trying to explain it too deeply only mars it. What would come out of my head? ...hmmm. Edit: And SL, you have Haruko's role VERY wrong, if you want to interpret this as a sort of political or social allegory - which it isn't. L64: Not if one view is correct and the other is incorrect. I didn't say there weren't a million ways to interpret it, I just said that my interpretation is correct. Wyborn: Don't try to do that again - and don't try to explain the process in technical terms, it's very simple as a cocnept and trying to explain it too deeply only mars it. L64: The concept is deep, thus an in depth explanation is necessary. Wyborn: What would come out of my head? ...hmmm. L64: That's OK, I for one have seen the things that have come out of your head, and I most definitely would NOT like to see anything else. L is real |
