Haibane Renmei, but I have to admit I only have a small number of Anime. Of course, once I get more anime, I'll just make a larger list of favorite anime with Haibane Renmei near the top.

Alot-In case you haven't noticed, anime characters do raise their voices alot.

I don't think I would consider Teen Titans an anime, per se.....it's got the humorous characteristics down, even if it is way too much, but most of the episodes can stand alone, which isn't something anime does(IMHO).

Right.Cowboy Bebop is the only anime I can think of that really does it well.

On the topic of whether or not Teen Titans is anime or not...

The word anime is most commonly associated with Japanese animation,outside Japan.But the word anime,technically,is Japanese for animation.Soooo,I guess you could call anything anime,if you keep in mind its original meaning,but there really isn't a word thats definition is Japanese animation,which is why anime is used to define it.
So it definitely is debatable whether or not an American cartoon that mimicks Japanese animation's style is anime or not.

it's not anime, it's american made, but uses a lot of anime characteristics

Most obviously, the eyes.

More obviously,the Japanese intro and outro.

2.Yu Yu Hakusho
Kwuabara's my favorite character.

1: .Hack//Sign (Incredible music, good animation, and a very deep storyline (so deep I didn't quite get it until I had watched all the anime, played all the games, and watched all the bonus features in the bonus discs ^_^))

2: Yu-Gi-Oh (Japanese ONLY! The American version has been spliced and censored to HELL!! Japanese has better music, and a less kiddy essence)

3: Sailor Moon (All seasons, is a classic, pure and simple)

4) Fushigi Yuugi (Wonderful story, wide range of characters to like and hate. Dub sucked, but sub was very good)

5) Angel Sanctuary (Beautiful art and great music, too bad the plot lacked what the manga had, not to mention it was only an OVA, three episodes -_-,)

6) Dragonball Z (In my opinion, the only show in the Dragonball series (DB, DBZ, DBGT) that was any good. A little long-winded at times, but otherwise a very cute show)

7) Digimon (I don't care what you guys say, I enjoyed the first three seasons a lot, and the Japanese fourth movie is awsome. However, they definately screwed up with the fourth season, total stereotype characters, annoying digimon, and evolution without digi-partners. Those statue things were stupid)
