I think that Kenshin is better with a sword and Jack is better in hand-to-hand combat. I had to vote for Kenshin since they would be fighting with swords. Vash. Duh. Master Asia. Another duh. |

| Guest | Kenshin. His style of swordplay is the most deadly ever concieved. Jack's good, but he doesn't compare. I dunno....Vash,I guess. Aisha Clan-Clan. I mean, this is painfully obvious. Master Asia's an incredibly powerful human, it's true. But Aisha's a Kotaro-Kotaro. I saw her get wrapped up by bombs, and it did no lasting damage. Aisha's almost like a werewolf. Master Asia's a great fighter, but this is simply not his league. |

I know absolutely nothing of Aisha Clan-Clan, except that Aisha has a dumb name, looks dumb, and... Well, that was pretty much it. |

| Guest | Maybe because robots didn't exist in Kenshin's time? And because RK is supposed to be a bit more of a "realistic" series, so you don't see 5000 zombie warriors shooting lasers out of their eyes while riding robot alligators. |

| Guest | Samurai Jack first off I need to say is poor animation and I so so so hate it. Rurouni Kenshin I love and I think he'll win over Jack any day especially with the attack that some are saying that can hit eight parts of the body at once. Unrealistic but its an anime people what do you expect? |

| Guest | C'mon, I don't like the show that much, but I will admit Samurai Jack has very good animation. I just think it's annoying how EVERY episode is just him fighting ten thousand robots; it's BRAIN-NUMBING. The more brilliant episodes are the ones that tend to be more varied, like the one with THA SAMURAI!, and the one about Aku telling the kids fairy tales. It's an alright series overall. |

| Guest | We've never seen Kenshin dodge lasers, because there are no lasers in old Japan, so we don't know. It's kind of unfair to compare them, because Kenshin was meant to be a somewhat realistic series that focused on swordsmanship, while Samurai Jack is mainly hack and slash sci-fi action IN THE FUTURE!!!11 |

Prediction: Samurai Jack wins. Period. Vash is going to win if he and Spike draw their guns. Vash is a better shot and can dodge bullets - though Spike could possibly lead him, he's not likely to think to do this before Vash throws his revolver and knocks him unconscious with it. On the other hand, neither one of them is likely to draw their gun right off the bat - if they don't pull their guns then Spike will beat the crap out of Vash in hand-to-hand. Prediction: Vash wins with the mighty revolver-throwing kung fu action. Aisha probably wins out over Master Asia in hand-to-hand, though if Master Asia has his sash then he wins no contest. Prediction: Aisha crushes Master Asia with her mighty hands. [ March 31, 2004, 10:25 PM: Message edited by: Wyborn ] |

| Guest | The lasers are visible, and slow to boot. I don't see HOW Jack would win. Soo his sword's unbreakable. Moot point if he can't see Kenshin to stop him. And I have yet to see Samurai Jack perform ANY swing with a semblance of speed comparable to Kenshin's. He's not slow, but Kenshin's attacks are designed with speed in mind. You can always SEE Jack's blade. Kenshin's blade can't always be seen--and furthermore, he can move it fast enough that it appears to be in eight places at once. Edit: Oh, and if we give Master Asia his sash, it's only fair to give Aisha her full-out tranformation. [ April 01, 2004, 11:30 AM: Message edited by: SuperLuigi64 ] |
