| Gunjinkeeper | I agree, Basilisk has a spectacular, if not HORRENDOUSLY DEPRESSING ending. But still, gotta say, any anime with fictional characters that somehow draw tears from me is awesome, and that much more realistic. |

It was amazing for that reason - gritty, real, great stuff. I think I once tried to write with it in mind or something and failed miserably. |
