Important people have ridiculously sized and shaped swords that make no sense. Minor and people who we ignore and kill right away have powerful axes, balanced swords, and piercing spears.

Said nosebleeds will generally send out enough blood at a high enough pressure to skyrocket someone backwards. This amount of blood loss is not fatal or even damaging in an anime.

If an explosion should send up enough dust to block the vision of the secondary characters viewing a battle, tossing doubt on the state of the main character, the main character will most likely leap from the middle of said explosion unharmed.

The anime law of exponential growth

Most of the enemies you fight will become exponentially more powerful as the series progresses. If any main villains return as pawns to another, they will be dispatched in a less impressive fight. By the time the series comes to a close, you will be able to defeat the original main villain with one hand tied behind your back without requiring a flashback or monologue.

If you know how to focus your enrgy just right you can do any of the following fly, walk on water, walk on walls/ ceillings, trees, or windows without any problems( and often enough without breaking the glass of windows.)
