I like them... and Transformers is not something new to come to cartoons.

Feh. Character designs are about as true to the source material as 'Loonatics' is to the Looney Tunes. I wonder--have any of the assclowns working on this new show (or anybody who worked on that dogsh*t movie, for that matter) ever actually watched the original Transformers cartoon?

I've noticed a lot of cartoons these days have similar designs. Especially the comic book ones.

This, The Batman, Legion of Super Heroes, Fantastic Four, and many others look very alike.

To my knowledge this is done by the same people who did the Teen Titans cartoon.

I never liked Transformers. To make it worse, they had to make a new one with worse drawings than a cat could draw.

Oh, come on Tazy. It was semi-acceptable that they chose to make the Titans anime-style, and I sort of prefer that style to the original Teen Titans... But the Transformers have NEVER been anime (or faux-anime rather) material. And isn't this the second damned redesign the transformers have had in what, 1 year? It's about damn time they either make a better cartoon series that ISN'T some cheap attempt to reach the weaboo demographic of at least retire poor old Optimus to history.

Its not so much the art, as it just seems to be trying too hard to be this space/giant robot anime. More QQ than Pew Pew is the general idea I guess. The toyline thing just murdered Beast Wars and that seems to be all these latest shows seem to be these days.

I'm currently watching this show on Cartoon NetworK. This is like the testicular cancer of the franchise. Awful designs, horrid voices, and it doesn't feel like Transformers. At all.

Eh, Optimus Prime looks like the spawn of Samurai Jack and something Fisher Price would make.

Pass, thanks.

It still has to compete with Transformers Kiss Players in terms of disturbance.
