I watched ten minutes of it last night waiting on Futurama last night =/ any one notice how a character in it will be about to die. but by some miracle and no reason really at all they some how come back to 100%. quite stupid. no anime should do that.

Well, Death you may hate Naruto, but it is one of the most popular animes atm, so it's not a real anime in your opinion. But in others (And most for that matter) it is.

Naruto anime is not worth watching. Not if you've seen Tony the freaking Tiger. Amazing Stupid Brothers too. Read the manga.

Problem with the manga is while Naruto is the main character, his shine time is just so seemingly half-assed. Rasenshuriken was pretty blah. The fact he managed to kill Kakuzu with it was just dumb. Especially when compared to what came after that what with the Sasuke Fangirl Masturbation Marathon that went on.

Right now its getting pretty good though. Pein is an interesting villain. The fact hes still #2 to Tobi is just insane. I mean here we have crazy McSixbodies, and he takes orders from somebody who's supposed to be dead. Or might just be dead but can actually summon a demon like the 9-tails.

Isn't the target audience in Japan supposed to be younger kids and not 19-25 year olds? This isn't Berserk. Its not Hellsing. Mass death will never be seen in Naruto. Its content is right there with One Piece...minus the ability to juggle a large cast which Bleach is failing at more than Naruto these days.

A) Independent enough to have their own tastes and find Naruto a tad immature

B) Wrapped in things they may consider of better quality (I adhere to this one)

C) Find the show annoying or dislike the dub/anime in general

I am older than 12 I am 13 but I still like it.my sister is 11 and she does not like it so it does not realy matter how old you are.she actually likes mary-kate and ashley more than naruto,weird huh.

Myself I hate Naruto, but thats my opinion. I will agree mostly with Galefore's points, but the age thing is wrong. Once I was in the mall and I saw a man that had to be at least twenty-six walking around with a Naruto head band.

Well like any anime, the english dubbed is bound to be terrible. The original versions are much more better seeing as they don't cut back on the more 'graphic' material and don't edit the cussing the characters say. And the english voice acting is god awful. Oh, and being on cartoon network doesn't help the show either.

Personally I thought the entire existence of the show was stupid until my friend made me watch a shippuden episode with Sakura and this Elder lady fight a puppet master. The fight was one of the most unique fights I'd ever seen and dragged me right into the series. Now I'm watching the entire thing from start.

What I also like about the series is the battles so far seemed to be executed differently each time. I like the concept of how opponents have to outsmart each other, and not just be physically stronger than them.
