Which show has stupider villans - VGF

when you think about it all villans are kinda stupid even the smart villans are still kinda dumb,when thay have the upper hand thay seem to play with the good guy until help comes or the good guy transforms or something like super sayian on dragonball z. so witch one of these shows do you think the villans are dumber on.

Personally, I don't have a beef with any of the villains from ANY of those shows. Even Plankton has some good things going for him. He's just a plankton-sized heap of unrecognized talent, that's all. And Spongebob screws over everything that is good on his television show. >_>

Now, let's return to the Carebears. Noheart was hawttt. Shrieky and Beastly need to have their tonsils removed with a chainsaw.

Every one I was not saying that any of these shows were dumb I happen to watch all of them I like all the villans on them to,but the villans are just not that smart because any chance thay get to destroy the good guy thay ruin it by wasting time playing around,then some random thing happens that would not have happend if thay had just fineshed the guy off. so dont vote by what show is dumber vote by witch one the villans act dumber on.

and sakura is not worthless she is seriously powerfull, Tsunade trained her so she is very powerfull.

she is kinda weak,she might even be the weakest ninja exsept the henchmen there very weak but almost everybody else is stronger than her, and i just dont like her she is lame to me.
