Tobi is also Madara Uchiha (First to unlock the Mangyeko Sharingan) and the only one so far with the ability to bend the Nine Tail Demon Fox to his will. Though Itachi is trying to achieve that level of power using Sasuke's eyes as spares, once his go blind.

I still vote for That Man, by the way. He has one of the greatest lines of dialogue in the history of anime---"Prepare to die a totally uncool death!!" Class.

Hamdo from NTHT for anime villains. I've never felt more disgusted by and angry at a villain.

I have to go with the Vader out of whats on the poll. He could totally kick a** of anyone on there.

Overall I'm giving it to the Dark Forces in okami. I know they aren't a single bad guy but they can kill a god so I have to say they win. Well in my awesome playing they don't but.

Garth Vader out(god I can't believe I actually put what my friend told me to).

I think he's a good villain too.

ITs just that he is killed 3 times, uses fire to whip people and whiping people whit fire is something i consider plain mean till its evil, i mean Vader can't shoot lightning.
