The last anime I watched was FMA which I would watch 6 or 7 episodes per day. It was enough to keep me excited to watch the next episode(s) the next day but at the same time prevented me from watching 15 episodes a day and draining myself from watching too much at once. I'm thinking I may watch Trigun next. From what I've heard it's only about 20 episodes or so? Basically I'm looking for a show that isn't over like 100 episodes. So yeah, fire away! ![]() |

Azumanga Daioh is 26 episodes. But you seem to be more of an action type. In that case, try Cowboy bebop if you haven't already. |

None of this 300 episode DBZ and Inuyasha crap. -Escaflowne -Cowboy Bebop -Trigun That's all you need.-jay |

| Marshmallow Knight ☆ Supermod | Second Azumanga Daioh and Midori no Hibi. Everybody at least likes Azumanga. Depending on your tastes, Kino no Tabi is also good; it's not action-packed, but has a more philosophical tone to it. For really quick anime series, check out Kogepan - the entire series is, like, forty minutes long. It's about this piece of burnt bread who comes to terms with being unsellable. I just watched Doujin Work; it's twelve episodes fifteen minutes each. It's about a young girl who decides to draw amateur comics to make money, and the most profitable comics are erotic ones. |

Anyway, one I am trying to find which I think is short is some Final Fantasy anime I read about. Maybe you should try it out. |

| Senior Member | Well, what animes have you watched? I would recommend Evangelion and annoy everyone again, but I'm not sure if you've watched that already. It's pretty short. Also, there's Haruhi, which is short and funny. |

| Marshmallow Knight ☆ Supermod | There're also some movies, if you're not interested in entire series. There's the Miyazaki films, for a start. |

Just ignore the spin offs like GT and allow others to enjoy them...sure, I agree series like Pokémon have been destroyed by prolonged series with no hope of recovery, but depth must take presedence (sp?) over everything else. |

I prefer Anime movies. Watch Ghost in the Shell and Akira for your serious action fix. Watch Ghost in the Shell 2 for a good NOIR/action fix. Watch My Neighbor Totoro to feel good about things. It has a ****ing catbus in it, and that should be reason enough to watch it. Longer, but good series (with actual endings) I would recommend are Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, and Samurai Champloo. If you like psycholigical/philisophical shows where you have to figure out what the hell is going on, I would recommend Serial Experiments: lain and Boogiepop Phantom. lain is especially good for technophiles. |

| Hello, VGF. I want to play a game... | Tazy, STFU. For real, though. Basilisk is a great story, and it's around 20 episodes. I liked Samurai 7 (albeit it is a bit far from its subject matter), and it's also about 20 episodes long. |
