It is definitely the best and funniest parody I've seen EVER.

Before I watched it I thought it was going to suck.

And it didn't.

So quit your groaning and give it a chance. I personally find it just as funny as YGO Abridged (maybe not the early episodes, episode 3-10 of DBZ Abridged are the best just like YGO Abridged was at its best during season one), especially now that it seems YGO Abridged is going downhill a bit.

I mean seriously. Piccolo and Nappa are just badass. And LittleKuriboh actually approves of this one, and does some voiceover work occasionally.

Like I said, the first two episodes actually turned me off. Majorly. I was pretty certain it would phail, but since Nostalgia Critic, LittleKuriboh, two of the original DBZ voice actors, and a lot of other people seem to agree it's worth a try, and since there were a few moments in Episode 2 where it was laugh-out-loud funny, I gave it a better chance. And it turned out to be wintastic.

I actually recommend you just skip episodes one and two and watch from episode 3 onward.

I'm pretty sure the voice that says, "MEANWHILE, BACK AT..." is either someone imitating Littlekuriboh or the man himself. I've heard that voice there before.

Also, Goku's VA sounds familiar too, but I think it's someone from the Naruto Abridged Series:

^^^NC gave TeamFourStar a slot on his site, the two voice actors were the guy who did Vegeta and one of the guys who did Piccolo, and LittleKuriboh is the Narrator. He also makes a lot of jokes about TeamFourStar and included Ghost Nappa in a recent episode. So yeah.
