It's a new anime from Gainax, done in pseudo-American style (think Powerpuff Girls, only sluttier). One episode has been released as of now. It's probably the weirdest thing to come out of the company since FLCL (and that's saying something).

It's also quite possibly the best thing ever.

I thought Garterbelt was going to be the "straight-man" to P&S. Guess I was dead wrong. Oh, so wrong.

I kinda feel bad for those sperm ghosts.

Just watched the first episode. That was all kinds of awesome. There's multiple times where it was awesome; the henshin scene, the hair flip on the freeway, their expression when the train appears, "Peni Station", etc.
