It has more of a victorian style to it, which is refreshing, and also has the best ending theme ever ever. There are only four or five episodes out right now, but they are quite awesome. Anyone else seen? |

Like, not totally actiony, but there is definitely action involved. |

Not too sure about the "cool characters" part; there's tsundere, clueless boy, and inspector jerk. They have promise, though; maybe they have enough character development in the next episodes. =\ |

Nowhere did I state that they weren't total tropes. Character development gets better around episode 4-ish. And personally, I just like the style. A lot. |
