Is that why some links aren't loading for me, or is my comp suddenly turning on me? (Arcade, some topics, etc...)

While the server is switching over, there may be problems with both servers being attempted to be contacted. I've noticed that I can browse just fine, but it doesn't want me doing anything. However, even if you get a page cannot be displayed error, the post still posts.

No, I mean like, when I click a topic, there's just a white screen. Nothing loads. For some reason this is one of the few topics I can get to.

Except for any posts that were made on the old server after 9PM, I don't believe anything was lost.
