Why bother going outside for exercise when you can pretend your getting exercise by barely moving at all on "that little white thing you stand on".


It has exciting titles like "roll the ball in the hole".

You have to understand that while most people want to exercise, they don't find it fun or interesting, and so they have a hard time motivating theirselves to do it. With a game involved, that will give them the kind of encouragement and support that you would get from a paid trainer, they should find that being active is a lot more involving.

It was a joke from Sarcasticgamer. I actually like the concept of Wii Fit and look forward to it. I always enjoy new accessories and new things such as this. I didn't mean for it to be taken so seriously...but rather as a joke. I am going to be one of the first to buy it when it gets over here. I do hope that it will make people exercise more and that it will be very difficult for those who would choose to cheat the system in some way. I have heard that it will even calculate your percentage of body fat. That's really innovative.
