If a new character is released. It should be placed here. 2. If you make a MUGEN video, or find a cool one, post it here 3. If you make ANYTHING. Post it here for either showing or possibly downloading. 4. No Spam, 5. No n00bing. This includes Flames. Any and All Flaming Arguments will either be deleted or the topic will be locked, depending upon it's seriousness. 6. No smacktalk about the Forum. Please. Any Amendments will be made over time. Amendment A: Serious Discussions are allowed, however they may not degenerate into name calling and insults, otherwise it will become flaming and be judged according to Rule 5 Amendment B: If a Topic is not meant to be in this Forum. The Topic will be moved. However, if a flame argument arises between anyone in said topic, the topic will be locked or deleted depending on its seriousness.
