I released this character because I couldn't find a Rugal that I liked playing as.
Here is what you can expect from Rugal_E:
1. Combo heavy style gameplay.
2. He is a 4 button character(The 4 button style is really one of the only things I really like about KoF at all)
3. He is at least somewhat balanced.
4. He has a form of Dream Cancels(It shouldn't be hard to find out though).
5. Defies nearly all forms of accuracy that exist!(My personal favorite!)
6. Finally, he has a power charge. I also removed the broken AI.
Here are some rules you should follow if you comment:
1. Rugal_E is completely inaccurate to his source games.
2. Feedback is welcome, but remember that I do not have to listen to any of it at all.
3. If you need comboing with my character you can post in
this topic and I'll try to help you.
4. Version 1.7 has just been uploaded, but the only difference between this version and 1.6 is the cmd file changes made so that more combo possibilities are able to be unlocked.
