Huh? I tried the slower speed and I lose more easy (I need the quick reflexes)

No, each apple you pick up is worth more points in the slower speeds. In Slug it's about 40 points an apple, and on Python it's 13 points an apple.

^ You have the points system wrong. If you notice, the amount of points you get depends on how long the apple has been spinning.
